Managing owned channel gift cards for an ice cream brand was definitely a sweet experience. I was able to collaborate with the Baskin-Robbins brand team and our internal creative agency to update gift card designs after a rebrand, reduce gift card inventory costs for franchisees, transition online storefront vendors and partner with the digital 1:1 team to promote eGift Cards via email during peak gifting seasons (leading to +23% YOY online sales for 2024 spring holidays).
