Dunkin' gift cards are the perfect gift for coffee fans nationwide, which made my job of managing our in-restaurant and online B2C channels a fun and rewarding project. I partnered cross-functionally to provide creative direction on new card and collateral designs, manage strategy and execution for promotions, ensure gift cards were marketed in email and social channels and support projects in technology adoption and legal compliance.
When Dunkin' underwent a brand refresh in 2022, I teamed up with the brand team and Inspire Brand's internal agency, Maverick Studios, to update our eGift assortment, ensuring all gifting categories for the coffee brand were represented to drive brand love and incremental sales.
The 2023 Holiday program was an integrated marketing effort where card designs matched the holiday cups for the first time in years, a unique diecut shipper brought in-restaurant prominence at the point of sale, and the online offer was promoted in email, social and the Dunkin' homepage. This resulted in +1.3% sales in-restaurant and +17% sales for the online promotion.
